Its back on!

After some hunting about and counting up what could be sold off we have found enough to buy another Defender. Being a defender again means we can swap a lot of bit across as well.
I havehad to part with a motorbike to fund most of it and the rest has come from the sale of other bits and bobs including what could be salvaged of the damaged land rover.

Most travel blogs/websites start out with a base vehicle being preped up to take on their chosen journey so i thought I would put in the reverse of the process!
Here is the sad dismantling of the original defender which took quite a few £££'s and many hours of my time to get ready. :(

The good news I sold pretty much everything except the body bits on the trailer in the final pic. Which are going to weighed in for scrap.
